These resources are for anyone who works with, looks after or supports a young person; or anyone who is bringing a young person to see I Am Tiger. If you are worried about a young person’s mental health, please visit the Get Help page for further support.

The Lighthouse for Perth have a list of resources and apps that can be used to support young people with mental health.

Papryus are a UK charity dedicated to the prevention of suicide and promotion of positive mental health among young people. They have created this guide for schools: Building Suicide-Safer Schools and Colleges: A guide for teachers and staff.
